This wool on linen Persian rug displays the classic Gul Pattern framed in geometric motifs.
Fabricated perhaps in mid-20th Century.  Damage on fringe area. Also moth damage on surface in border area about 5”X8”.  Bought at auction in 1971 in US. This rug measures 38” wide by 64” long.
