Moroccan rosewood side table of two pices: removable top with mother-of-pearl inlays rests on a six-sided heavily carved base with interior hinges. The base folds nearly flat.
 
I bought this table in Iran, either Teheran or Ispahan, in about 1969. 
 
Excellent condition.
