This Russian Samovar on Brass Tray was purchased in about 1969  in Saudi Arabia from a friend  who was selling some of her collection. 
Faint raised images remain of the maker, but they are unreadable to me.
This brass samovar is totally functional, and in fine condition. Parts can be dissembled for cleaning. The spigot handle rotates on-off for hot water to brew tea. The large globe holds charcoal, the central cylindar holds water, and the topmost piece is where a small tea pot would sit. 
 
The samovar measures 15.5” tall and 12” wide from handles.
The brass tray measures 14” long by 7.75” wide
