This mask of carved wood shows remnants of pigment. Crown area reveals wear through the ages, which to me, added to the appeal of this piece. Measures 11: long by 8” wide.  I bought this at a suk in Cairo in 1960. Unable to guarantee this mask as to date, back to era of pyramids or later or earlier.  However, in my searches, I see this mask looks as old as any posted.
